Challenge
The client was struggling to keep its 56000 endpoints safe and secure. The Windows update process was inefficient; security and compliance were of significant concern. High licensing cost.
Solution
Centum engineers worked with the client to create an internet-based deployment leveraging AWS cloud services. We migrated all endpoints from Altiris to SCCM, built a centralized packaging repository, developed policies and best practices. We then created ServiceNow workflows to track and manage deployment requests.
